DiAnn began working in Fort Bend ISD; she spent 4 years teaching Algebra and Geometry, and 4 years as the high school librarian. In 2016, DiAnn started at Cypress Christian School as the Learning Center Coordinator. Here, she worked with students grades K-8 within all of the content areas (Reading, Writing, Grammar, Spelling, Math), as well as History and Science. This also included teaching and reinforcing both study and test taking strategies.
DiAnn enjoys tutoring as a fulfilling avenue in which she can continue working with students to strengthen both their thinking and academic skills, and she is excited to continue this work at Infinite Discoveries. She is also the Office Administrator, managing new enrollment contract and billing/invoicing matters.
The blessings the Lord has provided never cease to amaze her. The 23rd Psalm is not only truth DiAnn lives by, but also means so much as her mother helped DiAnn memorize it when she was little. She can still recite it to this day, and it brings her wonderful memories of her mom.
Being close and connected with family is very important to DiAnn, which is why she made the decision to remain home and raise her twin sons and her daughter for 16 years (prior to starting at CCS). Now, in my free time, she enjoys spending time with grandchildren, traveling with her husband (now that they are empty nesters), remodeling their home, and spoiling their 2-year-old German Shorthair Pointer.
